About the Role: As a Scrum Master, you'll play a crucial role in our Platform Management project. You'll consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives within Scrum or Agile methodologies. Your focus will be on coaching and maturing the team, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring successful delivery of Scrum Master deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Scrum Master initiatives.
Review and analyze Scrum Master challenges, providing in-depth evaluations.
Resolve complex issues while adhering to function-specific policies and procedures.
Facilitate team growth and maturity, emphasizing individual contributions.
Coach team members and promote an RTE (Release Train Engineer) mindset.
Lead Scrum Masters will work on Epics and Roadmaps, while Senior Scrum Masters focus on Project-level features.
Facilitation accounts for 5% of your role; the remaining 75% involves coaching and team development.
Qualifications:
4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience (or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, or military experience).
