What this position does:
This entry-level role in the Claims department is responsible for handling medical-only claims, ensuring proper communication and documentation throughout the process. You will be tasked with promptly contacting all involved parties, such as medical providers, injured workers, attorneys, and policyholders, to gather necessary information. Additionally, you'll manage claim reserves and ensure compliance with Oklahoma state regulations. With daily training from division management, you'll develop the skills needed to process claims accurately, maintain proper documentation, and effectively contribute to the claims settlement process.

Who we’re looking for:
-High school diploma or GED required
-Active Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Adjusters License or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
-1 year of business office experience. Preferred experience in processing health insurance, casualty insurance or workers’ compensation claims; or a combination of education and experience.
