As a Technical Architect you will:
An ITSM architect, or IT service management architect, may have many responsibilities, including.
Discovery Analysis existing tickets, Application and Tech Stack and provide an assessment.
Technical Design reviewing and recommending improvements to technical and functional design requirements.
ServiceNow Deployment leading large scale deployments, including multi tenancy and domain segregation
ServiceNow Module Maintenance rolling out maintaining and customizing servicenow module, such as ITSM,ITAM, and CMDB
Analyst and advisory services providing expert level services, including process automation using ITSM tools .

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: - $ 125,000 - $ 147,000 Per Year *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
