Who We Are Looking For:
Cambia's team of Marketing Program Managers work tirelessly to fulfill our mission to make health care easier and lives better. As a member of the Employer and Producer Marketing Team, this specific Program Manager of Sales Education role will spearhead the planning and execution of both in-person and virtual education that equips our sales teams and amplifies best practices across markets. Marketing Program Managers by design collaborate closely with experts from Sales, Clinical, Product Development and Go-To-Market, Strategic Communications, and other teams.
As the Marketing Program Manager of Sales Education, your primary responsibility is to lead sales education and training specific to content that needs to move efficiently and effectively from the inside of our organization, out. You will work closely with other members of the Employer and Producer Marketing team who have responsibility for external education, forging a unified B2B training approach. You'll also partner with a content specialist to develop training modules and a technology manager to build the platforms for distribution, including virtual on-demand services, live webinars, and in-person sessions - all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.

Qualifications:
Marketing Program Manager of Sales Education would have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or communications or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Attributes:
Proven knowledge of the Health Insurance sales lifecycle, including proposal development, onboarding, and retention strategies
Insurance product literacy, with the ability to effectively communicate complex product information to various stakeholders
Seasoned project management expertise, with a demonstrated ability to facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration and drive results-oriented outcomes • In-depth understanding of the unique needs and requirements of producers and employers, with a customer-centric approach to driving business growth and satisfaction
Champions end-to-end, multi-stakeholder, and multi-channel marketing, effectively evangelizing the Marketing Department's capabilities and priorities across the organization
Translates business objectives into aligned marketing objectives, plans, and deliverables, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable outcomes
Builds and maintains respect, trust, and influence across the organization, navigating complex matrixed structures with ease and earning a seat at the decision-making table
Excels in collecting, synthesizing, and summarizing large amounts of information, translating it into actionable project plans and communicating effectively both online and offline
Operates with autonomy, managing initiatives from start to finish while maintaining a strategic connection to overall business objectives, and negotiating with stakeholders to resolve complex issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness
What You Will Do at Cambia:
Serves as the Marketing contact for key initiatives and projects, managing relationships between the Marketing Department and the rest of the business to drive clear expectations, better collaboration, and a more efficient process overall
Works with other key teams to access and utilize key stakeholder insights to inform marketing plans and deliverables, consistently representing the voice of the stakeholder and their intended audiences
Collaborates with senior executives, strategic objectives owners, and line of business leaders to further business objectives with creative problem-solving, positioning, and messaging, marketing planning, and tactical execution oversight and reporting
Represents Marketing at all core, cross-functional, and workstream meetings on assigned initiatives and projects, communicating and collecting relevant information to keep swim lanes clear
Recommends and follows through on comprehensive Marketing plans and strategies tied to specific business objectives, including actions, timing, resources, and interdependencies
Manages complex projects with multiple deliverables and interdependencies, resolving potential conflicts among stakeholders that may threaten successful project completion, and reports on outcomes to the Marketing Leadership Team and other stakeholders across the business
Applies deep knowledge of the company and industry to inform higher-quality deliverables and messages, and provides mentorship to Marketing Project Coordinators and Marketing Project Managers as needed

The expected hiring range for a Marketing Program Manager of Sales Education is $128,000 - $150,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $112,000 - $184,000. #LI-remote #LI-hybrid
