Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and other dining ware
Sweep and mop kitchen and dining floors
Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in designated areas
Follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Collaborate with the stewarding team to ensure efficient operations
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning or stewarding role preferred
Ability to work night shifts and handle physical tasks

Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
