The Health Service Leadership Development Program (HSLDP) is a post-graduate general management leadership program that provides an extensive leadership foundation through rotational experiences within the health service space, inclusive of Cigna Healthcare (health benefits provider) and Evernorth Health Services (pharmacy, care, and benefits solutions).
Program associates attain breadth and depth of experience through three to four rotational roles across multiple lines of business and functional areas. Each rotation lasts between 18-24 months in length within a 5-7-year time frame of program tenure.
