Established organization is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team! Pay range: $26-28/hr.
Responsibilities:
Administering employee onboarding/offboarding
Managing recruitment and interviewing processes
Handling employee relations and conflict resolution
Assisting with performance management and evaluations
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Coordinating employee training and development programs
Processing payroll and managing benefits administration
Maintaining employee records and HR databases
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
2-5 years of HR experience (recruiting, benefits, employee relations)
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP)
Conflict resolution and employee relations experience
Performance management and training coordination
Payroll and benefits administration experience
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
