The Sr. Coordinator Non-Technical Customer Support for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for working with cross-functional teams, Sales Associates, Field Service Engineers and Customers to support the contracting needs for a specific assigned book of business.



This position is part of the Distributors Contracting Team and will be located in Brea, CA. In the contracts team, our vision is to build customer and sales partnerships, work with our sales team to help secure new contracts and renewals and to maintain contract agreements.



You will be a part of the Client Services organization and report to a Contract Administration Leader in Customer Support responsible for maintaining an assigned contract book of business for new and existing customers and ensuring that contract terms and conditions are being met. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:



  • Establish close relationships with customers, business partners, and other departments to help ensure resolution of customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

  • Book and maintain new contract agreements, set up billing schedules, shipping schedules and manage compliance to the contract terms and conditions; Research and resolve diverse customer support issues including pricing and contract terms and conditions, customer validation, order management, and managing distributor relations.

  • Partner with the sales organization in managing end user agreements, maintaining distributor pricing agreements, resolve customer ordering and low supply concerns, and managing relationship integrity.




The essential requirements of the job include:



  • High-school diploma or equivalent

  • 4+ years of experience in customer service

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook




It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:



  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree

  • Working with complex Diagnostic contract terms and conditions and able to effectively deal with ambiguity as demonstrated by previous knowledge and experience in related field

  • Proficiency in ERP Tools such as SAP/Oracle



The hourly range for this role is
$24.04 - $31.25 .
This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.



This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
