POSITION SUMMARY



Responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive move experience for our Independent, Assisted and Memory Support Residents to exceed customer satisfaction for Move Ins, Move Outs and Internal Transfers on the Gulf Coast Village Campus.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE



  • Associate degree or equivalent direct experience.

  • Three (3) to five (5) years customer service experience.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

  • Responsible for all tasks required for all IL/AL/MS Move Ins/Move Outs/Transfers from apartment renovations, maintenance work orders, cleaning and walk through prior to move in and following move out.

  • Follows Move In/Move Out/Transfer checklist from IL/AL/MS resident homes and reports on progress to Ops/Sales Team on a daily basis in team meetings.

  • Greets new resident and family upon arrival and follow-up after the move-in or transfer. Conduct New Resident Orientation and introduce to residents, associates and processes at community. Final walk through with resident/family/responsibility party upon move out prior to removing off of census. Informs Business Office of financial date on census of when Move Ins/Move Outs/Transfers occur.

  • Implements and coordinates the "Moving Made Easy" Program. Coordinates all move-ins into Independent Living & Assisted Living & Memory Support to ensure a smooth move in and assimilation into the community.

  • Serves as the liaison between the future resident and the third-party provider, particularly from pre-move to post move-in responsibilities for Move Ins/Move Outs/Transfers.

  • Facilitate the actual move in, move out, and transfer by contacting reputable vendors/dealers. (Discussion of pricing is handled directly between vendors and residents.)

  • Compilation of the Move-In Guide-a list of vendors, helpful hints for depositors to use as a resource in making the move to the senior living community.

  • Provide contact information for Senior Move Manager who will assist with interior and space planning.

  • Responsible for maintaining apartment availability and attendance in renovation meeting.

  • Walk vacant apartments in IL/AL/MS on a weekly basis, enter appropriate work orders for maintenance & housekeeping to assure all apartments are presentable to prospective residents.

  • Moving furniture and set up of model apartments, guest suites and respite apartments from start to finish.

  • There should be an onsite presence during move in days to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Implements and coordinates "Personalization "of apartments with new residents. Orders Name Tags, Name Plates for Apartment as well as pet name tags.

  • Arranges for Buddy in AL/MS and Ambassador in IL for day & week of move in.

  • Implements and coordinates the "In Touch" telephone and internet services for new residents.

  • Manage number of move-ins per day for coordination purposes; inform operations of scheduled move-ins; organize and publish a weekly move-in report.

  • Responsible to compile & assemble Resident File for IL/AL/MS - follow Move In Process Checklist for each associated area.

  • New Resident Integration and Orientation in coordination with Resident Services, for example, photo & bio posted.

  • Coordinate additional help during move including parking for moving truck, padding for elevator, placement of furniture for all move ins and move outs.

  • Creates & delivers Welcome Gift to all new IL/AL/MS residents.

  • Creates & implements Resident Ambassador program for IL/AL/MS.

  • Assign IL resident storage units and covered parking and update and maintain excel reports.

  • Act professionally and honestly at all times in the representation of the Community concept of senior living.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Director, Marketing and Sales.
