This position is open to be based from: Seattle, WA; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Portland, OR; New York, NY.

We're looking for a Senior Account Supervisor, Brand Digital to join our award-winning team that grows and evolves brands through digital strategy, campaigns and content that earn our audiences' attention. This role will focus on developing strategic social media campaigns for the LinkedIn network. This role is instrumental in driving our client's social media presence, brand equity strategy, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts. The position requires strong account management skills, a proven track-record of driving strategic social media results and the ability to operate in a fast-pace, high-intensity environment. A background or personal interest in social media is highly encouraged and will be prioritized.

You will sit on a cross-market team (U.S., Canada + Colombia), unlocking growth on the account by driving time-sensitive proposals and programs in close partnership with a project manager.

As a Senior Account Supervisor (SAS), you are part digital strategist and part client whisperer, but underpinning it all, you are passionate about everything digital. From community management to content planning, email marketing to website builds, channel strategies to paid media execution, you've seen it all-and you know how to craft strong proposals and assemble the right team to deliver it all.

Responsibilities


    • Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content, and lead the creation of communications plans that meet client objectives

    • Work directly with senior level staffers and serve as day-to-day client contact to manage and drive programs, support industry events, and secure coverage

    • Manage junior staffers and foster their growth and development

    • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses and their social media missions as well as their key stakeholders: consumers, media, partners, etc.

    • Manage multiple projects from conception to completion by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence

    • Build level-appropriate understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape and how they impact clients, particularly in social media

    • Manage comprehensive coverage monitoring; prepare accurate and timely client reports and provide thoughtful analysis and feedback on results

    • Pushes for creative ideas; is purposeful and enterprising in problem-solving; embraces diverse trends, skills, specialties, and viewpoints

    • Demonstrates a strategic and thoughtful approach in challenging others to ask the right questions

    • Proactively push the team to execute against our scope of work and navigate shifts in client needs

    • Lead on team briefings and intake

    • Ensure client needs are consistently being met

    • For programs with light PM resourcing, keep the account on track around deliverables and timelines

    • Think outside the box and bring a level of creativity and flexibility to always-on programs to get the client the best value of their investment

    • Proactively manage clients and be a strong advocate for the Assembly team in getting what we need to do our best work

Basic Qualifications


    • At least 6 years of relevant experience living and breathing social and digital projects

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications


    • Experience working or leading big executive programs for Fortune 10/Fortune 500 companies. Strong executive and corporate background

    • Proven ability to manage large projects and small teams on one or more sizable accounts

    • Solid knowledge of the social media landscape is ideal. Client needs a thought partner in developing social media content across different social media channels

    • Able to work with various creators/influencers whether it comes to scouting/research, logistics, people management

    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and demonstrated ability to delegate tactical assignments and accurately judge and edit work of others

    • Familiar with best practice integrated Communications Marketing tactics and tools and will be able to recommend them to his/her clients

    • Highly detailed and organized- ability to cross every T and dot every I

    • Strong digital acumen and ability to speak to digital strategy at a high level

    • Deep interest in technology and tech news

$100,000 - $110,000 a year

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
