Position Overview

As the Direct Ship Sales Representative I, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in existing accounts.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

• Highly responsive to inbound customer calls and emails and addressing customer needs
• Completes assigned daily/weekly tasks at or above targeted completion goals
• Work closely with DS Sales Rep II's and Sr. Reps in managing the Wholesale Inbox
• Conduct all customer activities in the appropriate operating system (CRM, SAP, etc)
• Provides route relief to support team, as needed
• Provides industry leading customer support to drive customer satisfaction
• Records and maintains sales and delivery information in SAP & CRM platform.
• Collects payments from customers as needed
• May be requested to perform different or additional duties assigned

Position Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of digital sales experience.
  
  
  • Experience with Community Coffee, even if unrelated, may fulfill this requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager with approval from Human Resources.
• Technological Proficiency - skilled with Microsoft Office, SAP, order-entry systems, CRM and the Internet, preferred.

• Office Environment: Most of the duties of this position will be performed inside an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
