Description: Our client is currently seeking a Experience Designer
Gain in depth understanding of the design system and component library
Review designs for alignment
Research UX best practices, accessibility / Audits across the site/designs / Proposal Prep for Governance / Facilitation of governance and open office hours
Figma Graphic Creation / Documentation
Help desk support
Figma component creation
Describe the must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version) of the position in priority order:
Design systems experience (using at minimum but hopefully contributing/maintaining)
Figma experience (component building important)
Product design
Presentation / Facilitation
Systems thinking
Mobile (native) design systems experience a plus
Design tokens experience
Experience building reusable Figma design components
Skills in priority order: System thinking, design systems experience, experience building Figma Components / Tokens, UX/product design, detailed oriented, organized, solid presentation / facilitation, excellent written & verbal communication
