Qualifications & Requirements:The Judge Group is currently seeking an experienced Director of Manufacturing for a beverage manufacturer in the Bristol, WI area. The right candidate will have 10+ years of experience working in a food manufacturing and packing environment.
COMPENSATION: 150k to 190k plus bonus
MUST HAVE: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
MUST HAVE: MBA preferred
MUST HAVE: 10 years' of Engineering and Plant Manager / Operations Management experience
MUST HAVE: Experience managing P&L and budget management in a manufacturing business
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct all manufacturing activities (Production, Engineering, Warehousing, Quality, Sanitation)
- Set and execute the manufacturing strategy and policy
- Overseeing Profit and Loss statements and overall budget
- Ensure that production meets targets (Schedule, Quality, Cost)
- Set staffing requirements
- Set and utilize KPI's and drive continuous improvements
- Set and adjust operating plans and budgets
- Drive overall culture
- Oversee capital projects
- Interact with the Executive team regularly
- Implement new processes, technologies, and systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- MBA preferred
- 10 years' of Engineering and Plant Manager / Operations Management experience 10 years working in the food industry (Liquid fill preferred)
- Experience managing P&L and budget management in a manufacturing business
- Capital project management experience
