Description: Our Client Is currently Seeking A Project Manager For It's Facility Outside Of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Candidates Must Have Previous Manufacturing Experience
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Oversee purchasing, operations, and materials management to support project goals.
Implement and utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes and efficiency.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
Previous management experience is essential.
Strong knowledge of purchasing, operations, and materials management.
Lean Six Sigma certification is required.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on-site and take a hands-on approach to project management.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
