Job Description:


As a Software Engineer in this contingent resource assignment, you will:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering.


• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.


• Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.


• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables.


• Leverage a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


• Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.

Additional Skills:

• Full stack development in Java/J2EE/JavaScript technologies (Node.js, Angular 12.2.10, Webservices, Spring Boot, REST APIs).


• Experience with SQL (database queries, DDL, DML), YAML, XML, JSON, KAFKA.


• CI/CD working knowledge with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, Gradle, SonarQube.


• Troubleshoot and debug applications/programs, perform unit testing, code reviews, and code quality & security checks for databases, applications, tools, networks, etc.


• Experience with automation tools (Selenium) for developing automated tests across application layers (UI/Service/Data).


• Experience in TDD & BDD, JUnit/TestNG, and Cucumber.


• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining reusable/scalable Automation Test frameworks (POM, TestNG, QMetry).


• Familiarity with static code analysis, code coverage analysis, cross-browser testing, API testing, and Test Data Management.


• Adherence to best practices/coding standards.


• Experience in Agile/Scrum SDLC & tools like JIRA, Confluence.


• Experience working in an offshore-onshore model and collaborating with all stakeholders.


• Detail-oriented, independent, logical thinker, problem solver, team player with excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
