Internship Assignment: Full Time - Summer 2025
Project management
Effective communication with third party outside contractors
Ordering components for replacement or new installation
Review of engineered drawings for planning of jobs
Scheduling and oversight of maintenance work for repair or new installations
Electrical and/or Mechanical systems troubleshooting and repair
Test and inspection of electrical and/or mechanical components
Create job plans for electrical or mechanical work based off of SME's provided service requests
Coordinate repairs/improvements to equipment through maintainers and outside contractors
Aid in documenting and categorizing spare parts inventory for systems
Assist in replacement of PLC components, I/O upgrades, hydraulic and pneumatic systems throughout areas of the plant
Identification of obsolete parts and components for electrical and/or mechanical systems
Internship Qualifications:
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2025 semester
Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
