Provides support to the Pulp Department in the form of day-to-day leadership, project management, temporary supervision (including shifts), inventory management, production scheduling, maintenance planning, and operator training. Lead outage coordinator for the operating area as well as the essential care and condition monitoring rounds coordinator for the operating area.
QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering Preferred, if no degree, must have successfully passed the TABE, CRC, or Nowlin test and have 5 years of paper making experience.
Strong knowledge of equipment/process systems
Strong written and oral communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions.
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel)
