Carelon Payment Integrity Commercialization




Location: This will be a Hybrid position reporting to the office a minimum of one day a week. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations with a preference for Louisville, KY or Waukesha, WI.



Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday - Friday

The Client Systems Support is responsible for serving as a liaison between the customer/provider and the technology group.



How you will make an impact:



  • Assists with the development and implementation of procedures from the customer service aspect for all clients (internal and external).

  • Develops and maintains the presentation of Client Toolkit to both internal and external clients.

  • Analyzes, maintains and distributes reports according to clients.

  • Assists in the strategy and implementation of new products and services from the production operations perspective.

  • Records client feedback.

  • Troubleshoots client system questions and processes.




Minimum Requirements:



  • Requires a BA/BS degree or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.




Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:



  • Understanding of the application of applicable systems and knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology and HIPAA regulations strongly preferred.

  • Healthcare industry knowledge and experience preferred.
