Location: This will be a Hybrid position reporting to the office a minimum of one day a week. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations with a preference for Louisville, KY or Waukesha, WI.

The Client Systems Support is responsible for serving as a liaison between the customer/provider and the technology group.
How you will make an impact:
Assists with the development and implementation of procedures from the customer service aspect for all clients (internal and external).
Develops and maintains the presentation of Client Toolkit to both internal and external clients.
Analyzes, maintains and distributes reports according to clients.
Assists in the strategy and implementation of new products and services from the production operations perspective.
Records client feedback.
Troubleshoots client system questions and processes.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Understanding of the application of applicable systems and knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology and HIPAA regulations strongly preferred.
Healthcare industry knowledge and experience preferred.
