The Quantum Field and Channel Partner Team is looking for a Business Operations & Data Analyst. In this role, you will be vital to supporting our teams to make decisions based on data-driven insights, contributing to the overall growth and success of Quantum. You and the data you work with will help define the partner programs strategy globally for the Quantum Alliance Partner Network with a focus on Quantum’s Sales & Services partners including distributors, systems integrators, managed service providers, and resellers. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Field, and Channel Marketing Manager and works cross-functionally with marketing, sales, field enablement, product, sales ops, systems, finance, and legal to build, evolve, and implement Quantum partner programs for the benefit of customers, partners, and Quantum.

This role is to be based in our Guadalajara office and offers a hybrid working schedule, with at least 3 days per week spent in the office.

What You’ll Do:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain forecast analysis and dashboards to identify key business trends and insights.
    • Support and collaborate with leaders and colleagues across various functional groups to create and monitor critical KPI’s, recommending changes that drive strategic initiatives.
    • Perform various analyses to support different departments in alignment with growth initiatives.
    • Analyze monthly results and prepare management presentations and summary reports.
    • Closely monitor data for what makes our most successful partners win, providing recommendations on how to achieve repeatable results with other partners.
    • Gather and monitor data on what our partners need, providing the internal team with insights to be well prepared in advance.
    • Responsible for managing and implementing Quantum partner incentive programs globally to recruit, onboard, and enable partners to drive incremental revenue for partners and Quantum.
    • Drive partner enablement programs to ensure partners are fully equipped to effectively sell and deliver solutions to customers.
    • Communicate partner programs strategy, value proposition, and operations externally to partners, customers, analysts, and internally to field teams.
    • Develop partner programs communications and content strategy in conjunction with marketing, partners solution architect, and enablement teams to enhance the overall partner experience.
    • Manage and evolve Quantum Alliance partner agreements and contracting processes, working in close coordination with Quantum legal, Qualified Deal Registrations, and Sales Operations teams.
    • Work closely with systems and marketing operations teams to ensure the Quantum Alliance Partner Portal provides partners with an easy-to-use and engaging platform to manage their Quantum practice (lead/opportunity registration, training, partner designations, program participation, etc.).
    • Own partner program metrics and report to key internal stakeholders, working in collaboration with GTM Strategy and Operations on the partner program effectiveness.

    Who You Are:

    • 5+ years of experience working with highly complex data in an environment without defined processes and procedures.
    • Experience working with marketing, sales, or customer/partner data strongly preferred.
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to successfully deliver key initiatives.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure the company is well positioned to succeed.
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including interacting with and presenting to senior leadership.
    • Data driven with the ability to analyze revenue and profitability metrics.
    • Experience with Partner Portals.

    Understands and has extensive knowledge in SFDC, Excel, BI tools, analytics programs and pivot tables.
