Overview

This is a project coordinator position that requires solid organizational and communication skills. The job involves assessing business needs, writing project charters, documenting technical requirements, drafting schedules to chart milestones and key activities, updating project data in MS Teams and Jira and briefing clients on project status.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and executing projects.
  • Manage quality, risks, and issues.
  • Clearly and professionally communicate customer service policies and procedures to a team and clients that have diverse levels of technical knowledge
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with a diverse group of staff members, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Act as liaison between Federal customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Continuously work on improving customer service
  • Work with stakeholders to define clear project objectives and requirements, agree on priorities, communicate progress updates and demonstrations, resolve issues and conflicts, and provide responsive change management.
  • Ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Participate in meetings; follow up on customer direction, action items, questions, documentation, etc.
  • Capture, monitor, and update project risks and issues in the designated Project Management tool and ensure that all project collaboration sites are maintained on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and understanding the importance of client assistance and addressing customer issues
  • Must be proficient in the following:

-Systems: Mac OS X, Mac OS X Server, Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10, Windows Server 2003/2008,

-Software: OS X 10.4 - 14.6.1, File Vault 2, JAMF Casper Suite, Microsoft System, Active Directory, Exchange Management Console, VMware, Parallels, Mac Servers and Service Now Ticketing

-Skills: Network Traffic Analysis, Hardware Diagnosis and Repair, Software and Network Troubleshooting, iOS Mobile Device Setup

-Certifications:

  • Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT)
  • Apple Certified Systems Administrator (ACSA)
  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
  • Certified JAMF Admin (CCA)

General:

  • 8 years IT service desk experience and a high school diploma
  • Self-starter and quick learner with lots of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Must meet all requirements for obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust Clearance.
