Ledgent is currently partnering with a client located just north of Downtown Denver on a direct-hire search for an accounting clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has some exposure/experience to accounting in their past and is interested in gaining broad accounting experience. This is a direct-hire position and will work fully on-site. This company is a family owned industry leader with a great culture and a long track record of success!
Accounting clerk duties include:
Accounts payable invoice data entry and processing
Preparation of payment runs, filing
Accounts receivable billing and issue research and resolution
Collections, payment posting
Will assist in processing payroll, sending out manual EFTs
Other special projects and duties as necessary
The ideal accounting clerk will possess:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with accounting principals and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and attenion to detail
Ability to work standard 8-5 schedule in-office
