We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term temporary basis. The ideal candidate will assist with key administrative tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and ability to adapt to various aspects of the business. This position is critical in ensuring smooth operations across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Tracking Shipments: Ensure shipments are accurately monitored and tracked.
Invoices: Assist with the preparation and management of invoices.
Answering Phones: Provide professional and courteous phone support.
Vendor Communications: Manage email correspondence with vendors.
General Support: Be flexible and willing to support all parts of the business as needed.
Temp Period Must-Haves:
Immediate Availability: Must be able to start Monday, work 8 hours daily, and live within 20 minutes of the Mesa office.
Strong Administrative Skills: Must be sharp, detail-oriented, and able to think independently.
Positive Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and able to contribute to a positive work environment.
