Position: Operations Controller

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Location: Fremont, CA

Work Environment: 100% Onsite
Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Manage the integration and optimization of NetSuite software for financial reporting and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction initiatives and improve operational performance.

  • Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

  • Provide insights into operational cost accounting to optimize resources and improve profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in financial management or controller roles, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.

  • Strong proficiency in NetSuite is required.

  • Understanding of operational cost accounting principles and practices.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
