Work Environment: 100% Onsite Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Manage the integration and optimization of NetSuite software for financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction initiatives and improve operational performance.
Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Provide insights into operational cost accounting to optimize resources and improve profitability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
5+ years of experience in financial management or controller roles, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Strong proficiency in NetSuite is required.
Understanding of operational cost accounting principles and practices.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
