Operator I, Manufacturing



As an Operator I in our Manufacturing department, you will play a crucial role in the flawless execution of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency. Your exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to strictly adhere to standard operating procedures will be essential in determining the success of our manufacturing operations.



Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes.


• Maintain production schedule to meet output targets daily and hourly.


• Follow standard operating procedures strictly to maintain product quality and consistency.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.


• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.


• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.


• Exceptional focus on detail and ability to adhere to guidelines accurately.


• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


• Proficiency in keeping up with a fast-paced work environment that requires meeting time-sensitive goals.


• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $14.63-$21.95.
