Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head for our Inverter Service team in North America. In this role you will manage a of team of service operations professionals/engineers, technicians in North America, Manage equipment warranty, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across the region.
Relocation may be offered for this role should it be necessary.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of service professionals, field technicians, fostering talent development and growth.
Manage warranty process and budget assigned for each projects
Promote safety culture and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols
Manage and expand our service network, including partnerships and agreements.
Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for service operations and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product development) to enhance service product offerings and customer support.
Develop and manage budgets, resources, and processes to optimize service efficiency and profitability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, implementing compliance measures as needed.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Overall 10+yrs and Minimum 5 years of experience in service leadership roles within the Solar/Storage/Renewable Energy /Power generation sectors.
Strong understanding of solar inverter technology and industry trends.
Proven track record of warranty management, service growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with North American energy markets and regulatory frameworks.
