As an Inside Sales Representative, you will take inbounds calls from current customers, new leads, and make cold calls, to increase the Senske business. Successful team members are great communicators - they engage, consult, and explain company service offerings, service procedures, and standards to close sales. They follow up with current and former customers to sell new and additional service offerings that provide value to the customer. They are experts at informing customers how a relationship with Senske is a promise to deliver exceptional service and value.


Team members collaborate with sales managers to ensure prospective customers are taken care of and no leads are lost. Inside Sales Reps thrive in a fast-paced environment, think on their feet, and adjust to changes successfully. They remain effective in a collaborative setting, display excellent telephone manner, and have a strong customer focus. They maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company's products and services to answer customer questions and drive market growth.


We are excited to share that this position has an hourly base pay with guaranteed weekly commissions from the hot leads calling you! Our average Inside Sales Representative makes $18+ per hour. The wage range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus 6% commissions on all sales (payable once production is completed). This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position.

Must Haves:



  • High school diploma or the equivalent.

  • Two years of experience in an inside sales environment preferred.

  • Requires strong computer skills with keyboarding accuracy and data entry proficiency.

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and Database Systems strongly desired.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).

  • Must have the ability to work outside of normal scheduled hours, as needed to support the business needs.
