Using company routing and mapping technology,Routing Coordinators prepare daily service routes of assigned locations for our service associates. You will confirm that route appointments for services are structured for productivity/efficiency and technicians have an ample workload to ensure maximum production goals are met. This position is responsible for evaluating any time constraints/scheduling changes and communicating relevant changes or updates with the technician, team members and branch staff.
Routing Coordinators ensure a great customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the supervisors and technicians in the field. They handle dual tasks with ease and manage changes to route schedules promptly. Routing Coordinators send digital notifications to customers ahead of a scheduled service appointment and dispatch any last-minute schedule changes. They regularly communicate between fellow employees and supervisors with a positive attitude using effective oral/written communications.

This is a hourly, non-exempt position. The salary range is $17.00 to $23.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience.
This position will work from our office in Dallas, TX.
