We are currently seeking a legal assistant for a our client in the organic food industry. The legal assistant will primarily assist their new AGC with vendor and customer contracts. This is a great opportunity to join a growing in-house legal department. Ideal candidate will have exposure to contracts and fair amount of experience with compliance (FTC, FDA, states, Health,etc). Experience with contracts dealing with wholesale distribution of consumer products is a plus.
Seeking candidates who have had some in-house experience. Our client will also look at JD's but this will be a long-term role with the strong possibility of a temp to perm outcome.

On site in MA is preferred but they can also be full remote, EST hours.
