Job Description:
Aegis Aerospace is currently accepting applications for a Facility Operations Manager I (Top Secret) to join our team in San Antonio, Texas at Lackland Air Force Base. Please note that candidates must currently hold an active Top Secret security clearance for consideration. The Facility Manager's primary function will be to track requested and scheduled projects relating to design and maintenance of the facility and supporting equipment (e.g. HVAC, Fire Alarm) while supporting the HN EPASS CRYPTOLOGIC AND CYBER SYSTEMS DIVISION.
Responsibilities
Comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of emergency management and building management
Experience with providing established policy on all issues, processes and procedures related to emergency management to building occupants
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
Record and maintain information on safety certifications and inspections.
Manage data, adjust, and track work orders.
Act as a liaison/focal point with all functional branches and shop supervisors.
Project and coordinate work schedules and recurring work details (e.g. Building Clean-up) with management/supervisors of building occupants.
Monitor service calls and do-it-now emergency response teams.
Collect and record budget information.
Coordinate with engineering technicians for mechanical equipment, air conditioning, refrigeration, fire systems, stand-by emergency power, and related preventative maintenance programs.
Track the assignment of reserved parking spaces.
Track the cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
Support Group readiness for Base Readiness Exercises and Unit Compliance Inspection activities as required.
Help manage the Division self-inspection process, including checklist tracking and completion, as requested by MICT Administrator.
Utilize SOCCER, Workflow, LiveLink, and other necessary Government tracking systems.
Facilitate all Official Mail, Fed Ex, and UPS pickups/deliveries.
Assist with Emergency Management procedures (e.g., Building Evacuation Plans) to accomplish occupant compliance with accountability requirements.

Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must hold an active Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance
2 years of experience in same or similar role
Bachelor's degree in operations management, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
