Responsibilities

You will support JBT's Prime Equipment product line and is located in Columbus, OH.

As a Project Manager, you will report to the Manager of Project Management at JBT Corporation.

On a given day, you may:

  • You will be the liaison between the customer and JBT to support engineering and installation activity.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on equipment utility requirements, configurations, performance, and installation.
  • Set priority for equipment quality control
  • Manage the customer experience by and providing updates on progress and timing for upcoming shipment and customer install,
  • Single contact for JBT's customer.

Requirements for the role

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or related course study
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • 5 years experience managing engineering or customer focused build projects from start to finish
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Ability to use systems to create reports, timelines, complete analysis, and track revenue
  • Ability to set expectations with customers and deliver critical updates

Travel & Location

  • This position is onsite in the Columbus OH office
  • Must live or be willing to relocate to Columbus
  • Travel up to 30%
