As a Project Manager, you will report to the Manager of Project Management at JBT Corporation.
On a given day, you may:
You will be the liaison between the customer and JBT to support engineering and installation activity.
Provide subject matter expertise on equipment utility requirements, configurations, performance, and installation.
Set priority for equipment quality control
Manage the customer experience by and providing updates on progress and timing for upcoming shipment and customer install,
Single contact for JBT's customer.
Requirements for the role
Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or related course study
PMP certification is a plus
5 years experience managing engineering or customer focused build projects from start to finish
Customer-facing experience
Ability to use systems to create reports, timelines, complete analysis, and track revenue
Ability to set expectations with customers and deliver critical updates
Travel & Location
This position is onsite in the Columbus OH office
Must live or be willing to relocate to Columbus
Travel up to 30%
