Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking a Business Analyst who will be leading business vulnerability remediations to successful completion, including the impact vetting, analysis and documentation of business requirements, process flows, use cases, test and training plans.

Responsibilities:

• The Business Analyst works closely with product, relationship management, quality assurance, project management, and technology teams


• Conduct customer and market needs analysis, developing detail product and internet systems requirements and managing all stages of business requirements from initial research to ISS vulnerability closure


• Be the liaison between Information Security department subject matter experts and the development team


• Identify and assist in the development of additional business efficiency opportunities within current clients


• Apply delivery methodology standards in the creation of solutions


• As a Business Analyst, this role will understand client's tactical plans and goals and expressing business requirements in terms of the function to be performed by the solution


• Oversee business to system knowledge management and assisting in overall system design from user interface through backend processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Tenable, Black duck, Prisma and Fortify will be beneficial


• Strong interpersonal skills - this is a team-based position


• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed


• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
