Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for a Summer 2025 Marketing Intern in our Raleigh, NC or Nashville, TN locations.

This summer intern will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the Energy Management world with real-life initiatives, projects and resume boosting experience within a Fortune 500 company. The Marketing Intern is a member of the Marketing & Product Management team. The candidate will work with the Power Products NAM Hub & Load Management Leader and team to support key initiatives while getting first-hand experience on how business runs outside of the classroom. Candidates for this position are ideally interested in a career in marketing, familiar with the digital space, and ready to network and learn over an impactful 10-week experience.

What will you do?

  • Support Voice of Customer Activities gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve load management offers and overall customer satisfaction.

    • Customer feedback collection; help to monitor and manage customer feedback channels such as surveys

    • Assist in the analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    • Help create visually engaging presentations for internal stakeholders

    • Collaborate with various teams including product development, sales, and customer support to share customer insights and feedback.

    • Share insights and finding with the team


  • Support New Product Value Proposition Development Activities


    • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to help develop compelling value propositions for new products or features

    • Assist in crafting concise messaging that highlights the unique benefits and features of the product

    • Assist in conducting customer interviews to gather insights and validate value proposition hypothesis



  • Assist in creating marketing collateral


    • Assist with creating sales enablement materials, capturing wins and customer success stories for motor management offers

    • Assist in creating product landing page content

    • Help create presentations and materials to communicate to internal teams and stakeholders through various channels



What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related major (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.)

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Office Programs and Excel

  • Digital marketing skills are a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Well organized and detail oriented

  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once

  • Open to change and must embrace continuous improvement

  • Able to work full-time on-site in Nashville, TN or Raleigh. NC for Summer 2025
