Here’s What You’ll Get To Do

• Create door fabrication detail packages from customer quote requests, sales orders, and shop drawings


• Check all data provided on a given project to ensure the project is detailed accurately


• Check hardware for complete part numbers and compatibility


• Order vendor hardware for detailed projects


• Coordinate the receipt of vendor hardware


• Work closely with shop to handle problems or questions that may arise on door orders


• Answer questions from customers and internal personnel regarding doors, hardware, etc. 


• Work with engineering dept. regarding door and frame detailing. 


• Check door hardware schedules on shop drawings as needed


• Enter and audit orders as needed


• Draw custom details in CAD

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Working knowledge of computers and willingness to learn computer software programs provided by Coral & Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope


• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure


• Good math skills


• Customer service oriented


• Must be motivated and willing to apply yourself to learn the skills required to perform the job.


• Metal and hardware working knowledge.


• Must be able to meet deadlines


• Must be able to multi-task


• Working knowledge of aluminum doors and door hardware is a plus


• Experience in door fabrication is a plus


• Experience in the Metal, Glass or Construction industry is a plus
