This intern will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the Human Resources world with real-life initiatives, projects and resume boosting experience within a Fortune 500 company.

What do you get to do in this "Human Resource Internship" position?


  • Partner with Global Supply Chain (GSC) HR Leadership for North America (NAM)

  • Get exposure to the end-to-end HR generalist role, work with cutting edge HR technology while building an understanding of leading Industry Practices within the HR field

  • Drive Strategic HR Projects and Operations, including:

  • People analytics: Reporting attendance, attrition, learning, disciplines, and engagement. Data validation

  • Creating Job aids and conducting training to diverse teams

  • Providing recommendations to improve site level data through dashboard improvement, identifying data gaps, etc.

  • Exposure to Employee Relations, guiding through new programs and policies.


This job might be for you if you are:

  • Actively pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or related field.

  • Comfortable with Organizational Agility

  • Self-Driven/Results Oriented

  • Interested in project management

  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment
