Your new role
Responsibilities:
Select metrics to produce valid cost estimates.
Review documents or consult experts to collect necessary data.
Analyze data and produce forecasts.
Perform risk analysis.
Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties.
Foster relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, architects, etc.).
What you'll need to succeed
5-6 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction.
Preform complex bids.
Ability to lead a junior team of estimators.
What you'll get in return
