Job Description:
As a Business Execution Administrator you will:
Learn and Navigate: Become proficient in using the Policy Governance Platform (PGP) for managing policies, procedures, reference documents, exceptions, and violations.
Data Entry Projects: Perform tasks such as updating metadata and document content within PGP, creating, revising, publishing, and rescinding documents in PGP, and updating user stories and defects in Jira.
Support Projects: Assist with miscellaneous projects by providing data entry or research support.
User Requests: Field user requests via the EPO Service Desk, including answering "how-to" questions, reporting defects, and processing enhancement requests.
Additional Notes:
This position is a backfill role.
The interview process includes a 30-minute session with the RTM and manager.

Responsibilities:
Support business execution and proactively seek ways to improve processes.
Perform moderately complex administrative support tasks.
Receive direction from a supervisor and escalate non-routine questions.
Interact with client personnel on a range of information.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Preferred Experience:
