FULL-TIME GROUNDSKEEPER POSITION AVAILABLE!

Job Purpose: Maintain attractive grounds and ensure vehicles and equipment are in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold Eben Ezer’s values, mission, and philosophy.


• Maintain and repair grounds, sprinkler systems, and equipment.


• Perform general maintenance, including painting, repairs, and grounds upkeep.


• Conduct inspections and maintain cleanliness of parking lots, sidewalks, and rooftops.


• Assist with new equipment installation and manage outside inspections.


• Ensure safety and adherence to HIPAA and residents’ rights.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or related certification with experience in electrical, plumbing, landscaping, or vehicle repairs.


• Ability to lift heavy loads and work in various conditions.


• Strong communication skills and time management.
