As a Senior Technology Operations Manager, you will drive strategic value by planning, communicating, and enabling the delivery of solutions and services that leverage AI to maintain a secure operating environment and preserve trust across the enterprise. What you'll do:
Partners with stakeholders and multiple engineering teams to align on a shared vision for Generative AI solutions.
Enables business value by partnering with multiple security engineering teams to develop project/release plans and drive project delivery.
Collaborates with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Information Security solutions.
Facilitates change management within the organization as it relates to overall project and program delivery.
What you'll bring:
Experience leading IT initiatives across various project management methodologies, Agile preferred.
Experience in creating and improving Project Management methods and standards
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of or experience with Generative AI a plus.
