Job Description:

Our client, a dynamic mid-market financial institution, is seeking a Salesforce Specialist to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking individual with a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Business Analysis.


As a Salesforce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our client's Salesforce platform, focusing on Marketing Cloud and CRM functionalities. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement, data-driven marketing, and operational efficiencies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Salesforce environment, including setup, configuration, and user support

  • Customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM to meet business requirements

  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting

  • Oversee data integrity, compliance, and security across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud

  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and business performance

  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize the use of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud


Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Marketing Cloud certification strongly preferred

  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM functionalities

  • Proven experience in business analysis

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, automation tools, and integration

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present actionable insights

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset


Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience working within a financial institution or fintech

  • Experience with agile methodologies or project management tools

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and experience managing large datasets within Salesforce
