DoubleTree by Hilton Abilene Downtown Convention Center is looking for a passionate Front Desk Supervisor to join their dynamic team at the front desk! We're located across the street from the Abilene Convention Center in the heart of downtown, among restaurants and businesses.

If you have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service and want to learn and grow in the hospitality industry this is the perfect opportunity! The ideal candidate for this role will possess minimum 2-3 years Hotel experience in similar roles, hospitable and friendly demeanor to service our guests, leadership skills and strong communication and is a team player with positive attitude!

Schedule:Must have open availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

What will I be doing?

As a Front Desk Supervisor you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


  • Oversees front desk operations.
  • Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.
  • Assigns and instructs team members in details of work.
  • Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.
  • Resolves customer complaints.
  • Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
