Your Role:


The Lab Diagnostics Healthcare System Executive (HSE) is a field-based sales position tasked with growing and maintaining revenue for Siemens Healthineers' US Lab Diagnostics within assigned accounts. Focus will be on overall revenue growth across all Siemens product lines inclusive of chemistry, immune assay, allergy, hematology, hemostasis, and plasma protein within defined customers.


Responsibility for end-to-end management of large deals, starting on opportunity identification for the different products in the portfolio, including development of successful deal strategies through advanced knowledge of customer needs, day-to-day management of the deal strategy execution plan, and coordination with Strategic Corporate Accounts, Business Development Executives, Account Executives, and Specialty sales resources while leveraging of the broader Healthineers portfolio.



You Will:



Develop end-to-end deal process for large, complex deals -

  • Build strong relationships with high-level executives and key clinical and procurement customer decision makers; develop customer coaches
  • Ensure in-depth understanding of customer needs and sufficient messaging of Siemens' value proposition across the Core and Specialty portfolio
  • Adopt and utilize standards of work and tools/resources to drive accountability and lead local team through highly complex sales campaigns
  • Develop practical high-quality strategic plans by leveraging IDN Blue Sheets to effectively capture opportunities, coaches
  • Develop tactical action plans to execute strategies
  • Closely manage deal teams to monitor execution of action plans, drive culture of accountability across deal teams
  • Closely engage with and drive collaboration among field teams, Strategic Corporate Accounts organization, and technical and service organizations to execute against opportunities and maintain a high Net Promoter score with assigned IDNs..
  • Effectively prioritize and manage time to allocate efforts across all deals
  • After deal closure, ensure adequate transition of account to field team for regular maintenance and follow-up
  • Maintain high quality CRM win/loss data
  • Provide regular updates on progress to management and field leadership; proactively flag instances in which higher level management is required to support deal process



Your Expertise:


  • 5-8 years of commercial experience in lab diagnostic, corporate accounts, or hospital purchasing organizations
  • BS/BA degree
  • Deep understanding of laboratory diagnostics and associated capital sales processes therein
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and implementation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence with the ability to quickly build relationships and gain trust from customers
  • Exceptional presentation skills, negotiation skills,
  • Strong teamwork skills, ability to effectively manage and coach teams without authority to ensure success in opportunity execution
  • Strong process orientation, organizational and time management skills
  • High potential performer with proven success in previous roles
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time or more

The pay range for this position is $112,000 - $150,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is $100,000. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
