Business Change Manager
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates must live within 50 miles of a PulsePoint location.
The Business Change Manager will be responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs, and plans that support the achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Will improve enterprise resiliency with a singular focus on too critical to fail suppliers.
How you will make an impact:
• Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope. Leads efforts to identify best practices.
• Rigorously apply tools, templates, and practices to identify critical suppliers.
• Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
• Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
• Secure stakeholder/business owner/leadership acknowledgment of critical supplier classification.
• Plan and conduct business continuity & disaster recovery program reviews for critical suppliers.
• Secure stakeholder/business owner/leadership commitment and appropriate SME staff to support critical supplier evaluation.
• Coordinate the load/update process for critical suppliers into the supplier management platform (Process Unity)
• Secure appropriate documentation (including but not limited to ESG (IT), InfoSec & technical details of Application system/Platform, etc.), from the critical supplier to support a comprehensive review of risk and assurance.
• Coordinate the comprehensive review of the critical supplier's cyber security posture, business continuity & disaster recovery plans, technical and operational controls, communication plans, escalation processes etc.
• Support the ELV business unit's review and updates to the critical supplier's BC plan and recovery strategy for critical suppliers is correctly documented to ensure critical processes are recovered in a clear, logical manner.
• Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing to initiate procurement/contracting activity for the critical supplier to address risk mitigation/management consistent with the enterprise or functional goals (e.g., updated RISC exhibit, changes to BC/DR contract clauses, etc.).
• Ensure that a plan of action/remediation with milestones is developed for any vulnerabilities or deficiencies identified during the review (above). (e.g., SSO, MFA, technical and data connections between ELV and critical supplier, etc.)
• Coordinate with the assigned Vendor Manager to ensure a comprehensive risk analysis is performed whenever a critical supplier undergoes a major change.
• Support the assigned Vendor Manager in planning and executing DR testing.
• Serve as a key point of contact for cyber incident management/service disruption recovery strategy for critical suppliers.
• Lead the incident response functions, in coordination with the assigned Critical Incident Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of process or project-related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
• Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budgets and knowledge of process redesign is strongly preferred.
