Work Schedule :

Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay :

UW Health offers a competitive compensation package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to:


  • Join the UW Health Urology team, it is consistently ranked among the country's top programs and offers center-oriented specialty treatments and consultations in urologic cancers, stone disease, urinary tract infections and voiding dysfunction, as well as a full complement of minimally-invasive surgery techniques related to urologic conditions.
  • Work closely with the RN team on inbasket and MyChart messages.
  • Perform pre-visiting planning with new patients.

Education :

Minimum -


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program

Work Experience :

Preferred - One (1) year of experience as an LPN

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum -


  • Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure
  • CPR/BLS certification
