Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join our accounting team at the corporate headquarters based in Rochester, NY.  Candidates must have a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license as the Assistant Controller manages and is responsible for all accounting functions that support our hotel properties. The position is responsible for managing the monthly closing process, maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and for prepare schedules and statements for audits.

Successful candidates will combine meticulous professionalism with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations, as well as utilize excellent time management and communication skills.
