POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Program Manager for a remote based positon.



Responsibilities

  • Leads a portfolio of projects including the project plan, timelines, milestones, financial management, performance metrics, and/or resource needs for highly complex programs.
  • Communicates the program status and risk to relevant stakeholders and holds them accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans, and processes.
  • Establishes objectives and success criteria for the project in an inclusive, collaborative manner with all stakeholders.
  • Duties include planning, managing, and implementing changes for new and existing Services to ensure smooth transitions for delivery agents and most importantly our field stakeholders.
  • Provide insight to lead others to understand mapping or how people, process, technology, and systems work and impact one another.
  • Leads the collaboration including leveraging other teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales) to ensure program processes are rigorous and executed efficiently.
  • Develops processes around scope and scheduled changes for programs impacting the broader unit and communicates them to stakeholders.
  • Recognizes process gaps/inefficiencies and drives strategies for optimization.
  • Run State leads will work with Service Leads to create landing content based on our Bill of Materials and drive agent and field readiness, and training programs to onboard new and existing Services


Qualifications

  • Must have 8 years experience with Change Management frameworks and fundamentals.
  • Especially looking for recent experience with PROSCI ADKAR model.
  • Must have 5 years experience with Training and Enablement methods and tools.
  • Must have 5 years experience with Operations Management and Continuous Improvement methods.
  • Awareness and experience in defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service-level metrics using tools like Power BI, Excel, to drive service efficiency monitoring and reporting.

  • A competitive pay range of $58/hr- $60/hr (depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
