Pay: $25-$28/hour starting!
M-F 8:00 - 4:30 PM
Location: Minneapolis/Saint Paul
Job Duties:
Monitor and track file statuses through phone calls or online portals, ensuring timely updates.
Verify that submitted prior authorizations are processed within the designated timeframe set by management.
Provide accurate forecasts for pending prior authorization submissions with the client's insurer.
Place orders within the CRM system upon receiving approvals.
Document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions, while adhering to HIPAA compliance.
Maintain working knowledge of customer relations systems, Microsoft Office, and relevant databases.
Respond promptly and document communications via e-mail, phone, fax, chat, or mail.
Collect and maintain accurate medical data to support process improvements and audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2+ years Customer Service experience
2+ years of medical insurance experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient with computers and able to learn new programs quickly.
