What's needed for this role?



  • Legal research: Conducting legal research and legal publication research

  • Client management: Managing clients and communicating with them to keep them updated on the progress of their case

  • Document production: Producing legal documents, letters, and pleadings under the supervision of a lawyer

  • Trial preparation: Assisting with trial preparation by organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and submitting motions

  • Medical records: Ordering, reviewing, and summarizing medical records

  • Settlement negotiations: Negotiating liens, medical bills, and settlements with providers or insurance companies

  • Case filing: Organizing case filing systems so that everything is properly categorized and easy to find

  • Office support: Providing office support and performing other administrative tasks

• Previous experience


• Ability to prioritize and multitask


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong attention to detail


• ?Strong organizational skills
