Ultimate Staffing is looking to hire a sales coordinator for a full-time position on the Southwest side of Houston! Please apply ASAP as this is an immediate need and interviews are underway!
Duties:
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings for show labor, expense reports
Assist account managers with administrative duties
Request certificates of insurance
Provide job specific information to contractors
Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, PC, and internet
Knowledge of CRM software
