Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Warehouse Clerk to join an aerospace company in Irvine, CA. This position is critical for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, focusing on inventory management, order fulfillment, and compliance with aerospace standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Location: Onsite, Irvine
Employment Type: Full Time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $19 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and compliance with aerospace regulations.
Prepare and process orders for aerospace components, ensuring timely and precise shipment.
Optimize storage solutions for sensitive materials and maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
Assist with the unloading and inspection of incoming aerospace parts, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Maintain detailed logs of inventory movements, shipments, and receipts using specialized warehouse management software.
Adhere to strict safety guidelines and best practices to promote a safe working environment in compliance with industry standards.
Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve operational goals and meet production schedules.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse or aerospace logistics environment preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and aerospace inventory standards is a plus.
Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is beneficial.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
