Are you a detail-loving numbers guru? We're looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Stockton and help keep our finances in tip-top shape! If you thrive on accuracy, love working with ledgers, and can balance spreadsheets like a pro, we want you.
What You'll Do:
Process invoices, track expenses, and manage payments
Handle data entry with speed and precision
Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports
Support the accounting team with day-to-day tasks
Keep our financial records organized and up-to-date
What You Bring:
A knack for numbers and detail orientation
Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting (bonus if you've worked with accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP!)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
A positive attitude and willingness to learn!
